Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is very important to me, I strive to provide every client the time and attention that you deserve. I understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances come up that may require schedule adjustments. If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I request at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a 30% charge of the service booked.
Please understand that your appointment was booked just for you. Appointments made with me mean that I’ve booked a spot specifically for you.
A cancellation made will result in the forfeit of your deposit amount. Any missed appointments or “no-shows" will be subject to a 50% charge of the service amount.
The cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card on file.
